Time for the Puskas (Video)
I love that FIFA have created the Puskas award to decide what was the best goal of the past year. It brings to our attention superb goals from other leagues that we may have not paid attention to before now.
Named after the free scoring Hungarian legend Ferenc Puskas (508 goals in 521 appearances!) FIFA announce the winner during the Ballon d’Or gala in January.
Take a look at the nominees and decide for yourself who should take the glory. For my money it has got to be Radamel Falcao’s overhead volley. What. A. Blinder. But feel free to disagree and let me know which goal you think should win.
