Manchester City are looking to complete a deal for Chelsea reject Kevin de Bruyne. The superstar, who is currently at Wolfsburg and is loving life in the Bundesliga has been priced at a staggering £40million, by his current side. The 23 year old winger left Chelsea only a year ago for a price of just £17m, as he had not been given enough opportunities at Stamford Bridge. The Belgian international has been superb since his move to Germany and has been wanted by a list of European giants, who are looking to make a bid for his services.

The attacker has been so impressive that Chelsea are considering to re-sign him, while City are watching every single game of his. Domestic rivals Manchester United have also shown interest in bringing him to Old Trafford, though a formal bid has not been made yet.
