Premier League leaders Chelsea have now shown interest in acquiring the services of Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling, according to recent reports. Manager Jose Mourinho wants to spend wisely in the summer and wishes to add more quality to his current Chelsea side. The Blues will have a decent amount amount of funds at the end of the season and could look to make a move for the England international, who has recently rejected a new deal offered to him by the Reds.

The west London side are ready to join the race for Sterling and compete with their rivals from north London, Arsenal, in an intense race to secure his services.  Despite these speculations, manager Brendan Rodgers has claimed that the 20-year-old forward is going nowhere and will sign a new contract with the Merseyside club soon.
