Shocking! Wenger Asks Arsenal To Spend Huge Money And Sign This Defensive Midfielder

After failing to sign Morgan Schneiderlin and with William Carvalho’s (another alleged Arsenal target) fractured tibia problem, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has asked the club to go all out to sign another midfielder this summer. Further, according to Spanish publication Diario Sport, the Arsenal boss has shockingly placed Barcelona’s Sergio Busquets as his top transfer target for the summer window.

The Spanish paper further added that Wenger is quite happy with Francis Coquelin’s performances, but still wants another quality defensive midfielder in his squad.

Termed one of the best defensive midfield players at the moment by many, the Spanish player has a World Cup and three Champions League trophies, along with a list of other domestic titles to his name.

The 27-year old superstar could be the perfect addition to the Gunners’ squad and Wenger seems keen on bringing him to the Emirates. Sport also stated that Arsenal are prepared to make a huge offer for their target to bring him to north London, if he agrees to leave the Nou Camp this summer.
