Three ties look to be dead meaning there is just one place in the semi-finals up for grabs. Two of the Portuguese sides look to be through as do Villareal after comfortable first leg home wins.
Braga v Dynamo Kiev
After an excellent 1-1 draw in Kiev, Braga will fancy their chances especially as Andriy Shevchenko is suspended having been sent off in the first leg.
Kiev would have wanted the comfort of a home win but now find themselves having to travel to Portugal needing to attack.
The home side are 7/5 to win on the night with the Ukraine side at 9/4, this game should provide goals so odds of evens for over 2.5 goals is an attractive option.
Spartak Moscow v FC Porto
After an impressive 5-1 first leg win for Porto their odds of lifting the trophy have gone from 11/5 to 8/5, during the first leg Falcao impressed with a hat-trick.
With the tie looking dead, the Russians will be looking to put on a good display for the home crowd and avoid another hammering. Once again the Portuguese side should win, they are 5/4 compared to 23/10 for the home side.
Other Games
Dutch league leaders FC Twente were destroyed 5-1 by Villareal in the first leg – the Spaniards are 2s to win in Holland whilst a home win is 5/4. This game is likely to be a lot tighter than the first game, so odds of evens for under 2.5 goals is more attractive than 8/11 for over 2.5 goals.
The last game sees Benfica take on PSV, the Portuguese side easily beat their Dutch opposition 4-1 in the first leg. On home soil PSV are expected to win they are 7/5 compared to 9/5 for an away win. A safe bet is 8/13 for both sides to score, alternatively is you anticipate a goal fest then you can expect odds of 8/11 for over 2.5 goals.
