I have never attended a professional football training session but I imagine that managers dedicate a small portion of time to running various free kick and corner routines which involve a little bit of trickery.
We sometimes see them attempted during games but, on the whole, they are quite risky and need expert precision in order to pull off. And some shoddy defending thrown in just for good measure.
Take this example from the U17’s international game between Serbia and Moldova. The execution is brilliant and it is really quite audacious. I’d like to see more Premier League teams trying this kind of thing.
