Manchester United – A club hated by fans far and wide, but loved by many more. The Red Devils have been the main force in English football for some time now, after snatching the glory from fierce rivals Liverpool, and look to reclaim their league trophy from Manchester City this season.
When you think of Manchester United everyone thinks of something different. For some it is the days in black and white and the crowd surges in the packed out terraces of Old Trafford, some it is the 1990s when they won almost everything that they played for, much to the disappointment of Kevin Keegan and his Newcastle side, or for some it could be the rivalries that they hold with almost everybody, especially Arsenal.
It is hard to squeeze the history of such a club in a short introduction like this, and to try and relive every fond memory that supporters have been through. However, when I think of Manchester United, as I am not a fan, I think of the Champions League victory that clinched them the title in 1999. Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer take a bow, because this was incredible.
Enjoy.
