Juventus firepower

Juventus as we know them are the power-houses of Italian football but they seem to be lacking the firepower of strikers.

The next transfer window will bring alot of rumours to the Turin club as they try and find that central striker they badly need.

Rumours are already starting to circulate as to who will be wearing the Black-white mesh jersey of the Bianconeri, these are some of the names in the rumour mill for the Old lady;

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, versatile central striker who once played for Juve until the Calciopoli scandal spread in Italy and on top that the big swede chose to leave Juve and play for rivals Inter. This did not stir well with the Juve faithful. The Paris Saint-Germain striker is looking to come back to where it all started and probably would be a good move for him and Juventus.

Alexis Sanchez, currently a bench-warmer striker for Barcelona but has the talent and skill to be one of the world’s best forwards. Barcelona purchased the Chilean international from Udinese for a fetching 40m euros. Since then he had been shown little game time as the competition for the starting eleven has been enormous in front of Lionel Messi and David Villa. There will be plenty of competition for his signature in the next transfer window as Juventus and Inter are very high candidates.

Luis Suarez, currently performing exceptional for Liverpool scoring a whopping 22 goals this season in the Barclay Premier League. He is a stand-alone striker that would be perfect for Juventus as he can quickly gel with the likes of Arturo Vidal, Andrea Pirlo and Claudio Marchisio, once he gels with the midfield of the Bianconeri, nothing can stop him.

So we all have to wait and see who the current Italian champions will entice in the next transfer window. Winning the Champions League would be a major key in acquiring any signature.
