Croatia international at the heart of bids from two English clubs

Ivan Strinic is being tracked by numerous clubs around Europe according to his agent, but the Croatian has been had bids for him from Stoke and Sunderland.

The 25-year-old currently plays for Ukrainian team Dnipro – but is expected to leave this summer and has teams from the premier league after him and apparently have made bids just short of the 9 million euro estimation and have in fact been turned down by Dnipro. Seeing as Danny Rose has been told by manager of his parent club, Tottenham to come back and give it another go at White Hart Lane, Sunderland will be without a starting left-back and while the England U-21, Rose will more than likely return to London seeing as Assou-Ekotto is set to leave.

According to certain newspapers Juventus have declared their interest in the left back but with no formal bid as of yet, it does look more than likely he will be applying his trade in the Premier League, but with Sunderland still one position above the bottom 3 and Stoke only 2 points above Sunderland as well, it Is heart in mouth time for both teams and I can’t see Strinic leaving for either if they are relegated and if the Juventus transfer bid does materialize into something, he will almost certainly move to the recent Seria A champions for the 2nd year in a row in contrast to teams looming near the bottom end of the Premier League.
