Chelsea: Sign These Two Players To Boost Title Hopes

With Chelsea currently sitting in third in the Premier League, just two points behind current leaders Arsenal, and also progressing into the next round of the Champions League, you could say things are running smoothly at Stamford Bridge. However, comparing the strength in depth that they hold to Manchester City, I would have to say they could do with one or two players.

Firstly, I would like to suggest to Mourinho that a striker should be priority, though he probably already knows that. Diego Costa is the name I would put forward, as the Brazilian-born forward has hit 23 goals in as many games this term.

He has the strength, the composure and the aggression that Chelsea need up top but also the physical presence.

They could also do with another face at the back, I feel, with a young, quick centre-back coming in. One man who fits the bill is Kurt Zouma of Saint Etienne, who this season has proved to be one the most exciting young defenders in Europe.

He is a real powerful player but is nimble of the ball, making him the perfect target for the Blues.
