Manchester United are in desperate need of an overhaul this summer in order to regain their label of Premier League title contenders, and this is how I would go about my business if I was in charge of the club.
I would look to take advantage of Barcelona’s supposed clear out and move for Fabregas. The Spain international is the perfect player to come in and add some attacking intent to the United midriff and gel the midfield to the attack.
The 27-year-old is one of the most creative players in Europe and would be a major signing for the Red Devils.
I would then look to sign Luke Shaw as a Patrice Evra replacement as I assume he has played his last game for the club. The France international is out of contract in the summer and I have heard nothing about him signing a new deal, so I would move for Shaw.
The Southampton full-back is a strong player who likes to push forward and get balls into the box, which again could benefit the more offensive players.
United fans, do you agree?
