Manchester United: Sign Vidal, Move For Southampton Star And Show Cleverley The Door

There has been a lot of talk about the future of Cesc Fabregas recently, with Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal all linked, but if I was the former, I would be aiming towards a different central midfielder.

The man whose name I put forward is Juventus’ Arturo Vidal, who has claimed to be the best in his position in the world. Although I don’t entirely agree with that statement, he is an incredible player and would certainly improve the United midfield.

He is an aggressive player that loves to make the opposition sweat by closing them down, keeping them tight and sticking his foot in.

To get the most of his ability I would also look to sign Morgan Schniederlin from Southampton. The 24-year-old has flourished in the Premier League over the last two season with the Hampshire side and I would like to see him at a bigger club.

He and Michael Carrick would provide the perfect platform for Vidal, who scored 18 goals in the season just gone.

Just to clear the wages and make room for the pair, I would also look for a new club for Tom Cleverley.
