Arsenal close to the signing of the ‘Next Gareth Bale’ for just £1m

Over the past few years, there has always been the search for the New Messi, the Next Ronaldo or the Spaniash Ronaldinho. Such is the audacity of the Rumour Mill, that it doesn’t stop itself from flirting like a voluptuous young damsel. Arsenal are a club which get their name automatically dragged to several players who can make an impact in their already impressive squad. Today, we come up with yet another such kind of a story, this time though its from Turkey.

If reports from English Media outlet, Daily Star are to be believed, then the Gunners are reportedly close to sign the youngster dubbed as the Next Gareth Bale. He comes by the name of Batuhan Yayikci and the 18 year old is currently plying his trade at Fenerbache. Arsene Wenger is well reputed to scout youngsters and mould them into future legends.

Not much is known about the left sided full back but its is reported that his superlative performances from last season has drawn envious glances and there have been comparisons with Welsh winger Gareth Bale, who currently plays for Spanish Giants Real Madrid.

Turkish sources indicate the left-sided player was one of the key performances for Fenerbahce’s academy side last season and the Super Lig club are thought to be eager to keep the Turkish Under-19 international. However it would be difficult fro the player himself to reject the prospect of featuring at one of the greatest Football clubs in the World. It would also come as a great future investment for the Gunners who can offer him a contract ans ask him to develop his skills before getting a chance later to feature for the first team.

Arsene Wenger bought the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Calum Chambers, Danny Welbeck, David Opsina and Mathieu Debuchy in the summer and is also keen at getting Sami khedira and Mats Hummels in January. Maybe Batuhan Yayikci is also on his list.
