Liverpool fans will be glad to hear this piece of news! Daniel Sturridge who missed a majority of the season through injury has finally given some good for the Reds. The English striker gave a possible hint about his sooner rather than later return from injury. Here is the folling picture that he posted in his Instagram account.
Sturridge wrote, “At the end of the tunnel. Thank you Jesus’, hinting at a nearby return to first team action.” The recent developments will come as a great source of inspiration as Liverpool strikers including the trio of Mario Balotelli, Fabio Borini and Rickie Lambert haven’t been abel to score his season. Manager Brendan Rodgers too is under great pressure after a poor start to the season.
Sturridge though won’t be fit in time to face former club Chelsea but the International break will come as good news for the Reds. Sturridge might until the resumption of the Premier League be fit to finally take his place in the starting eleven.
