Sterling still has 2 years in his current contract and is on roughly £30,000 a week with appearance bonuses. Liverpool’s new offer is understood to be £70,000 a week plus bonuses but the winger is reportedly not happy over the offer. The youngster has been an integral part of Liverpool over the past couple of seasons and the Reds can ill afford to lose him in the near future.

Liverpool have endured a tough week, crashing out of the Champions League group stages after the 1-1 draw with Swiss side Basel on Tuesday. The Reds are also struggling in the Premier Legaue and there are doubt that they might not even finish in the top four this season. Manager Brendan Rodgers too is under immense pressure to deliver the goods.

Real and reigning French Champions PSG are trying to take advantage of the situation. And its well known that any player and specially someone of Sterling’s age would find it immensely difficult to turn down a move to Santiago Bernabeu. So will Sterling make the move to Real Madrid or will he stay put at Liverpool?
