Spanish media outlet El Confidencial has claimed that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has changed his decision and is now willing to sell star man Cristiano Ronaldo this summer, at the right price. Despite winning two successive Ballon d’Or’s, Ronaldo has had a rough start to 2015, splitting up with his long time girlfriend Irina Shayk and later getting sent off for kicking out a player. However, as he turned 30, questions were raised of his commitment to the club when he celebrated his birthday, on the night of an incredibly disappointing display in a 4-0 Real Madrid loss at rivals Atletico.
According to El Confidencial, Perez truly believes CR7 is entering the final years of his career and this could be the last chance to receive a humongous transfer fee for the former Manchester United superstar. It is unclear, which clubs would be able to make such a high value bid, though former club Manchester United have always been heavily linked to the Portuguese superstar. Florentino Perez further believes PSG, Chelsea and Manchester City could also look to sign Cristiano Ronaldo, as they do possess the financial backing.
