Arsenal are preparing an £80million bid for Paul Pogba after joining in the race for the Juventus star. The French powerhouse, who is expected to leave the Italian side at the end of the season, is one of European footballs most wanted mid-fielders, at the moment.
Premier League rivals Manchester United, Chelsea and Champions League holders Real Madrid have all been linked with Pogba, but the Daily Express has reported that Arsenal are lining up a massive £80million bid, which could stun their competitors. The newspaper suggested that Arsene Wenger wants another top quality central midfielder and is prepared to go big in the summer for the Frenchman. Arsenal tried to sign the 21-year-old when he left Manchester United in 2012, but a deal could not be completed back then and this could be the right time to bring him to the Emirates.
