Manchester United’s David de Gea has now revealed that he is happy at the club and has no desire to leave the club, despite an interest from European Champions Real Madird. This would have given the Red Devils fresh hope of keeping hold of the Spanish international, with sources claiming that he was in no hurry to return to Madrid. The 24-year-old keeper has a contract with the Premier League side till the end of next season and has not agreed terms for a new deal till now.
The La Liga outfit are desperate to sign the Spaniard, who is being considered the ideal successor to veteran keeper Iker Casillas. Agent Jorge Mendes is trying hard to negotiate a deal with executive vice chairman Ed Woodward and in the mean-time the player has gone ahead and confessed that he is happy at Old Trafford and has no intention of leaving the club yet.
