The Sun reports now that Kurt Zouma has now joined the debate over the chants that were pointed at Chelsea last weekend. The Frenchman was part of the team that witnessed the ‘boring’ chants from Arsenal fans at the Emirates, as his side held the Gunners to a goalless draw. The Blues further claimed three points against Leicester City in mid-week as well, inching closer to the Premier League title.
Jose Mourinho had previously told The BBC in response to the comments that Arsenal were the boring ones, after going 10 years without winning a single league title. In his interview, the French center-back responded to what the Gooners had previously said about him and his team and stated, “They are jealous because their team is not top of the league and they want to be top of the league like everyone wants to — that’s normal.”
“We know that everybody wants to beat us so I think we play the same but more defensively — we have to concentrate and be focused.”
