Manchester United’s midfield superstar Andreas Pereira could be heading for an Old Trafford exit as a free transfer, at the end of this season, after joining the Red Devils from Dutch side PSV in 2012. Now, French champions Paris Saint-Germain are all set to offer Pereira more than triple his current salary to add the Brazilian Under-20 international to their squad. The 19 year old’s current contract with United expires in the summer and the Premier League side had offered the Belgian-born forward a £6,000-a-week deal. However, The Ligue 1 champions have told the superstar’s representatives he could possible make close to €30,000 in France if does join them.
The Manchester side have completed deals with a list of youngsters, but have struggled to secure Pereira’s services for the future. Pereira made his first team debut in the 4-0 League Cup humiliation to MK Dons back in August and made his league debut in last month’s win over Tottenham.
