Premier League leaders Chelsea have made an official bid for Arsenal target Paulo Dybala, based on what one of his representatives has stated recently.
The 21-year-old is currently at Serie A outfit Palermo and is being chased by many top European clubs. Palermo are willing to sell the superstar striker with clubs like Arsenal and Juventus have made an offer for Dybala, while La Liga champions Atletico Madrid are also interested. Gustavo Mascardi recently revealed that Chelsea have also bid for the youngster and told Tuttosport,
“[Palermo president] Zamparini is asking for £29million and it seems to me like a fair price.”
“Chelsea presented an offer a while ago, but it was very low.”
“In the end, Dybala will choose the team in which he sees the best options to grow, and Zamparini will decide if the offer is appropriate for him.”
