Sky Sports have confirmed that Angel Di Maria is set to complete his imminent move to Manchester United in British lunch time as the Argentine winger is finally set to fly in to complete his medical. Di Maria had a decent World Cup but suffered an injury in Argentina’s 1-0 win over Belgium in the quarter finals and couldn’t feature in the remaining stages.

The report quotes that the transfer deal is set to worth a staggering £63.9m which is set to smash the British transfer record that Chelsea paid (£50m) to Liverpool for the services of Fernando Torres in the 2011 January transfer window.

However with the winger’s pacy tricks out wide, United fans would also love the presence of Di Maria’s girlfriend Jorgelina Cardoso as the pair tied the knot in 2011.

Jorgita is also the proud mother of the couple’s only child who couldn’t hide her joy at giving birth to taking to Instagram saying, “When it comes to small minds and petty words deaf ears are needed.”
