Italian outfit’s president in London, discusses superstar’s future with Arsenal

Dybala

Italian daily Corriere Dello Sport on Tuesday reported that Arsenal are closing in on hot-shot Palermo striker Paulo Dybala. The front page of the paper showed that Arsenal have made a €40 million move for Dybala, and Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is having talks with the Gunners in London.

Zamparini did speak to Talksport on Monday and said about the future of the 21-year-old Argentine striker,

“Paulo Dybala, although very young is one of the best strikers in the world. His future? The problem is not the boy but his agents. I am sorry for this. I’ve been to London and I have received calls from all over Europe.”

“I would be happy Napoli bought him, but I don’t think he is within their reach. Dybala is out of reach of all Italian companies.”

Dybala has attracted attention from many big clubs across the continent having scored 11 goals and provided seven assists in 22 league matches in the Serie A, this season. Arsenal has the likes of Olivier Giroud, Danny Welbeck and Alexis Sanchez at the moment, yet it seems that Arsene Wenger is looking to add more quality to his side, as the youngster is one for the future.
