Charles Aranguiz to Chelsea?

Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea side are looking to sign Charles Aranguiz from Brazilian side Internacional. The 26-year-old superstar was an integral part of Chile’s Copa America side that won the tournament and reportedly, Arsenal and Manchester City are also keeping tabs on him.

The Blues have good links with the Brazilian club after signing Oscar from them in 2012 and will look to seal an £8m deal for the Chilean international. These reports also suggest that Chelsea are in advanced talks with the Brazilian club and deal is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
