Van Persie once again stole the show but there were signs today that Arsenal aren’t a one man team that many perceive them to be. Here are five things that caught my attention during a magical 90 minutes at Stamford Bridge.

The South Korean striker, Park Chu-Young, has put pen to paper at Arsenal for an undisclosed fee reported to be £2.6m after running out on a possible move to French side Lille, thus becoming the ninth Korean to play in the English Premier League.

There are many players who have graced the hallowed turf at both the Emirates and Highbury, who have never truly received the praise that they deserve. Industrious, tireless and with a never-say-die attitude; these players would rarely make the headlines but would always be one of the integral members of the squad.

Names will be forgotten with time unless you are some sort of a legend. I knew nothing about Christopher Wreh when my editor asked me to write an article on this former Gooner. After a little study, all I found was a career that never took off despite what looked like huge promise.
