Speculation has been mounting that either Liverpool or Arsenal will secure the summer signing of Mamadou Sakho.
The PSG defender has been quick to stop any speculation on his future by declaring ‘I am focused on PSG at the moment,’ he said. ‘I am reading nothing into the speculation.’
Despite an impressive campaign this term, the highly rated 21-year old was quick to rule a move to England in the immediate future, he added ‘If I do well then clubs will look at me, but I plan to stay with PSG for a long time.’
Both Arsenal and Liverpool look set to strengthen their defence this summer and Sakho was one of several key summer targets for both clubs respectively.
