PFA nominee Samir Nasri is a £30million target for German giants Bayern Munich.
The NOTW reports that Bayern are plotting a £30m raid on the French winger, who has been identified as a replacement for the controversial Franck Ribery.
Ribery has had a difficult season of the field and has been tipped to find a new club in the summer.
With only a year left on his contract and discussions on hold, Bayern are set to take full advantage of Nasri’s stumbling contract discussions and are preparing a bid for the French international.
Discussions are yet to take place and a German source said “Bayern are thinking big, as their interest in a number of English-based players has shown.”
Wenger is desperate to hold onto the 23-year old; with a summer of rebuilding planned, Arsenal cannot afford to lose the midfielder.
