The Best 11 from the past 12 months?

An early Premier League team of the season pick.

Joe Hart- GK

No surprise that Joe hart has been entered this year making England no1 and man city having the best defensive record these are only some of his accolades, with his acrobatic saves and charisma he really deserves it. Best moment

Kyle Walker-RB

Still without an England cap under his belt Kyle has not only matured into a good defender his attacking flair really makes him into the ultimate wing-back. Best moment-beautiful strike to win the game in the first north London derby of the season.

Laurent Kocileney-CB

With arsenal defence all over the place this season Laurent has been the key at the back. His pace has been shown this season. His maturity and finally adaption to the premier league makes him an icon for young defenders. Best moment- His goal was the start of arsenals come back against AC.

Vincent Kompany-CB

The real deal when it comes to defending, by far the best CB in the league, his strength and aerial threat puts him right up there with the best in the world. Man city really look weak at the back when he is not in the side. Best moment- fantastic header in a 3-0 triumph against Liverpool.

Patrice Evra-LB

With the Suarez racism scandal this really shadowed Patrice’s season but being made man utd captain really set the standard for Patrice. His bravery to stand up to racism in football was much appreciated buy the football world. Best moment- win over Liverpool in Suarez’s return.

Daniel Sturridge-RM/RW

What an introduction sturridge has made to the prem out on loan last season to Bolton was just a fraction of what he is going to be. His 14 goals have really boosted Chelsea’s lacklustre season, if there is any criticism of AVB then they can’t argue that playing sturridge was an excellent decision. Best moment- fantastic side foot goal against Sunderland.

Scott Parker-CM

Scott’s arrival from west ham with a fee of only 5m was really the bargain of the summer. Not only has Scott submitted his place in the England set up but he captained them in a friendly. His fighting spirit and work rate is his best qualities and nobody could doubt his love for the game. Best moment-winning player of the month twice in a row.

David Silva-CM

David Silva had an amazing start to this campaign, he was odds on favourite to win player of the season. Since fabregas has left the premier league Silva has benefited immensely he’s the ultimate playmaker. Best moment-pass of the season to set up dzeko in Manchester derby.

Juan Mata-LM/LW

With Juan being caught up in one of the biggest transfer saga this summer this could have startled his season but he has become one of the most entertaining players this season. With him hoping to play in an attacking midfielder next season, this is from far the best from Mata. Best moment- brilliant volley vs. man utd.

Robin Van Persie-ST

He started the season with a great ending to the 10/11 campaign and nobody thought he would be this good. 35 goals in all comps already and it doesn’t look like his stopping. 41% of arsenals goals this season have been from him. He is under contract next year. Best moment- fantastic finesse shot to equalise in the north London derby, arsenal went on to win the game 5-2.

Wayne Rooney-ST

This was a hard decision with aguero.ba; Holt and Suarez deserve to be in the team. But I’ve gone with the man Rooney; he has scored 22 goals in the perm this season and a load of assists. With him being banned for the opening two games of the euros he has to play even better to the end f the seasons to persuade the England manager to still take him. Best moment-hat trick vs. arsenal in 8-2 win.
