The term “that’s one from the training ground” doesn’t even cut it to describe this piece of genius from Serbia’s U17 team.

A triple dummy. That’s what just happened. A dummy. THREE TIMES IN A ROW.

In a move that shocked everyone the defence really did have no chance. Sure, the marking to begin with is pretty shoddy to allow three Serbian players the time and space to continuously dummy the ball in front of goal.

However such technique surely requires hours of dedicated practise, in the knowledge that it could all go horribly wrong during the final execution.

Forget Ryan Giggs and Wayne Rooney cheekily taking a corner by nudging it over the line and pretending nothing ever happened. Even forget David Beckham’s goal straight from the corner in a game for LA Galaxy. This is the mother / father / king of all corner kick goals.

Perhaps beady eyed fans should keep a lookout to see whether Serbia’s full team will adopt such an original approach to corner kicks…
