Berbatov shows Chelsea what they’re missing (Video)
With Fernando Torres still struggling to live up to his £50m pound price tag following his arrival at Chelsea a number of strikers have been linked with the West London club.
Chief amongst them is Columbian striker Radamel Falcao who has been in sensational form for Athletico Madrid so far this season. However I think Chelsea missed a fantastic opportunity by not moving for Dimitar Berbatov, who now plays for neighbours Fulham. Regardless of whether Manchester United would have sold to Chelsea the facts remains that Berbatov is incredibly talented.
Despite being the wrong side of 30 Berbatov remains a threat due to his unmatched technical ability and calmness in front of goal, his age doesn’t seem to be an issue considering he doesn’t actually do much running.
