The Premier League returns this weekend after a break for the Champions League and Europa League. Here are our selections for each fixture.
Sunderland v West Brom
It’s difficult to see past an away win in this fixture because of the current form of West Brom. They sit near the top of the table and know their away form has to improve if they are going to maintain that position. West Brom are 15/8 with Bet365.
Everton v Norwich City
It’s difficult to see anything other than a home win here. Goodison Park has been a fortress for Everton this season and they have the majority of their key players available. Everton are 4/9 with Betfred.
Manchester United v QPR
You can put Manchester United down as your home banker for the weekend. If QPR get a draw it will be remarkable so a win would be out this world. United are odds on at 1/6 with Boylesports.
Stoke City v Fulham
Stoke City should just edge their home match against Fulham. It is tempting to go for the draw considering how good Fulham have been but Stoke may just be too strong. Stoke are 6/5 with Bet365.
Wigan Athletic v Reading
Reading will be on a high now that they have a recent win under their belt but Wigan have improved at home. They are unpredictable which makes them dangerous and the bookies have them as odds on at 10/11 with Betfred the best price.
Aston Villa v Arsenal
Arsenal go into this game on the back of a solid win in the Champions League while Villa go into after being thrashed away at Manchester City. An Arsenal win at 4/6 with Boylesports is the selection to go for.
Swansea City v Liverpool
Swansea City have been one of the most inconsistent teams this season but they should be able to raise themselves for this game. Liverpool’s recent away form has been good but show faith in Swansea at 12/5 with Bet365.
Southampton v Newcastle United
The Saints will be buzzing after they got a win under their belts over relegation rivals QPR. They are 11/8 with Betfred to beat Newcastle which is a good single bet and add the Saints to your weekend accumulator.
Chelsea v Manchester City
Chelsea will be looking to start well under Rafa Benitez and expect to see them go back to basics under their new boss. Chelsea are never easy to beat at Stamford Bridge and 8/5 from Boylesports looks too good to turn down.
Tottenham Hotspur v West Ham United
Tottenham are odds on at 4/6 with Bet365 to win this game and it’s hard to see them doing anything but win the fixture. Spurs are at their very best when the raise their game against a local rival.
