Can Luke Shaw make it to stardom?
He may only be a tender 17 years of age, but he is being hailed as the successor to Ashley Cole for Chelsea.
The Southampton teenager has certainly developed this season flourishing in the fast paced Premier League environment.
Despite this, he may want to carefully think about his options should he reach the very top of the game.
If he truly is a star then he will not be short of offers to come in the future. Whilst it may be tempting to move with the bright lights shining in his face, he needs to consider playing time.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea may all maintain an interest but at Premier League level he will learn his game playing week in week out. Being part of a squad can never replace game time.
There has already been a £10 million fee agreed with the Blues but he needs guidance at this current time. Whilst the managerial situation remains uncertain at Stamford Bridge he would be wise to hold back.
Eden Hazard could tell him a thing or two about being a hot prospect and signing for a managerless club I am sure. It does not always work out to be instant success.
Whether Luke Shaw makes it to the top is yet to be seen, but he certainly has the potential.
