Carroll may be set for restarting his Liverpool career

Apparently the big Geordie striker has purchased a new property on Merseyside, this could be the signal of where he wants be playing next season and I think Liverpool would be rather grateful for it.

Here is my case for big Andy, with 5 goals in his last 6 games he seems to have returned to his aggressive form which he showed during his Newcastle tenure and I think technically he is massively underrated and also with his aerial dominance he really is a well-rounded striker, he can attack and defend set-pieces, he can absolutely wallop a ball with his uncomfortable looking volleys, such as the one he scored yesterday against Manchester City, even though Joe Hart’s hands resembled wet cardboard for the save. But, Andy Carroll can be unplayable on his day; defenders just seem to weep at the prospect of a striker who can throw them about the shop, like what Drogba did for so many years in the league, although Andy is nowhere near as athletic as the Ivorian.

With Suarez serving a 10 match ban for his somewhat, illicit bite on Ivanovic when Liverpool hosted Chelsea last week, which kind of leaves the red half of Merseyside rather lacking up front. I admit, whilst writing this I found out they stuck 6 past Newcastle, so this may be horribly redundant, BUT, they won’t always come up against a team who will put that little of a fight and they will need legitimate options as a centre-forward and with Sturridge, who says he wants to be a lone striker but you cannot have him as your only striker and I could legitimately see Luis’s time being up at Liverpool, I think he may have tested the board and fans tolerance and resolve a little too much with his latest escapade. Let’s hope he can become set some consistency at Liverpool, which should hopefully translate into his England career.
