As a Manchester United season ticket holder, it’s been a tough few weeks for me. Seeing our players get spanked by the likes of West Brom has had me pulling my hair out, similarly to the rest of the season. So, here are three reasons I think the Glazers should bite the bullet and get rid of David Moyes before January to save our season. Don’t shoot me, fellow Mancs.
1) Transfer Dealings
The former Everton boss proved that he’s limp in the transfer window. Not only did we miss out on almost every player we were reported to be interested in, and brought in Marouane Fellaini, who has been angling for a move away from Goodison Park for some time now, in my opinion.
When the January transfer window rolls around I want someone in charge of my club who can command dealings and bring in players at a high level.
2) Zero respect
Not only does Moyes seem to lack the respect from officials, opposition managers and the press, but it looks as if the players aren’t putting in the level of effort that they did previously. Players like Rio Ferdinand, Rafael and Robin van Persie have blatantly dropped their energy levels.
3) Mentality
Manchester United are a club famous for fighting until the death, ripping apart lesser opposition and never knowing when they’re beat. However, the frail performance against West Brom last weekend just about sums us about at the moment – weak with no urgency.
