Player Report: What Could £6m Spain International Offer Premier League Clubs?

Wingers are one position on the football pitch which is guaranteed to spark an argument amongst supporters. While some like their wide-men to be small in stature with blistering speed and a hat-full of tricks, others like players who do the talking with their delivery into the box. This man falls firmly into both categories and the Express are reporting him with a switch to the Premier League, with Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham all interested.

But who is he, and what can he offer?

The 25-year-old Spain international is a nippy little winger whose movement and slick feet allow him to work into the danger areas before unleashing one of his delicious crosses. He is currently on the books at Sporting Lisbon after progressing through the ranks at Barcelona and then Sevilla in La Liga.

He played 185 games for the latter, scoring 16 goals, and he has currently made 88 appearances for his Portuguese employers, scoring 12.

The winger is apparently available for £6m, which considering the amount of money that the three clubs supposedly spent over the summer is minimal. Sporting are still looking to free up some funds and the Premier League clubs should certainly jump on that, in my opinion.
