Arsenal host Chelsea tonight in what promises to be an incredible clash between the London sides, but which way it’ll go is anyone’s guess. Arsenal lost top spot in the Premier League to Liverpool after the Reds beat Cardiff 3-1, so being the nice person I am, thought that I would provide some advice.
Firstly, I would say that Theo Walcott needs to start. The rapid forward has the necessary pace, the movement and the composure in front of goal to trouble what looks to be shaky Chelsea backline. Walcott has scored twice in his nine league games this season, both of which came in his last outing against Manchester City.
Then, I would put Sagna in the middle of defence. Laurent Koscielny’s knee injury means that he will miss the game and Sagna proved that he could cut it in the middle earlier in the season. Carl Jenkinson could come into the side by occupying on the right, too.
Then, I would have to say Ramsey should be in the middle. When pushed into the wide areas he is wasted as he is always looking to come back inside, so to utilise his ability I would put him next to Flamini in the centre.
