THREE Chelsea Players Who Should Be Dropped After Arsenal Draw

In the final game before Christmas Chelsea had the chance to climb up to third in the Premier League table as they travelled to the Emirates to face an in-form Arsenal. After an uninspriring performance however they finished the game with a 0-0 draw and they sit just inside the top four going into the boxing day round of games. Here are three players who I think should lose their place after the result.

1) John Obi Mikel

The Nigerian has had a solid few weeks in the Chelsea midfield but the difficult weather consitions didn’t suit him. He only completed 35 passes during the game and made a horrific challenge in the 90 minutes.

2) Ramires

The dynamic Brazilian was another player who struggled to settle into the game and it was another reason why Chelsea failed to boss the middle of the park. He drifted towards the right wing throughout the game and it hampered his performance.

He made just 17 passes, made one tackles and had two wayward shots.

3) Willian

Although packed with pace, the winger was unable to find any space behind the Arsenal backline and was hooked after 75 minutes in place of Oscar. Willian was busy in his movement but his decision making and his final deliverywas way off the mark.
