Could Lallana Be The Perfect Addition To Manchester United?

In the wake of Southampton executive chairman Nicola Cortese’s shock resignation, The Mirror are reporting that Southampton may have to cash in on stars players which has alerted many clubs.

I think Adam Lallana could be a great match for Manchester United, for player and club alike. United are a team which benefit heavily from good end product from the flanks.

Nani is increasingly linked with a move away from Old Trafford, too much expectation is put on Valencia for a magical spark and Young is so hit and miss that it’s clear that the wide berth needs strengthening.

One positive this season from the attacking midfielders is the rise of Januzaj, who of course has been brilliant since he broke into the first team, although lately Moyes has opted to use the youngster in a more central role, just behind the lone striker.

I remember seeing Adam Lallana, at Old Trafford, during the 1-1 draw back in October, he was a constant threat and everything good Southampton did came from him.

He’s at an age where he can still improve and with his recent England call ups the player himself could do with making a step up to a top four team and I’d love that to be at United.
