THREE Real Madrid Players Who Arsenal Should Be Targeting This Summer

Real Madrid beat Barcelona last night to lift to Copa del Rey. A wonder goal from Gareth Bale won the game for Los Blancos, but here are three players currently at the Santiago Bernabeu who I think Arsenal should be going for at the end of the season.

1) Angel Di Maria

The winger has been playing in a central role this season and has flourished, and I think Arsenal should make him their number one target this summer.

He is able to rip defenders to shreds with his movement and quick feet, but his delivery is also superb.

2) Casemiro

The young central midfielder would give the Gunners some depth to their game and I think there would be a good chance of them getting him.

He has made nine substitute appearances in the Spanish capital this season and has completed over 80% of his passes, and I think he would complement the likes of Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini brilliantly.

3) Raphael Varane

Another young player now in the shape of Varane, who is a French centre-half with the world at his feet. He’s agile, he is strong in the tackle and his movement is second to none. Imagine him lining up next to Per Mertesacker next season.
