Arsenal Eyeing Balotelli – Why Former Manchester City Striker Should Join Gunners

According to reports, Arsenal are looking to sign former Manchester City forward Mario Balotelli in order to provide Olivier Giroud with some much needed support. The Italian has had a mixed time in Serie A with AC Milan and is said to be unhappy due to the acts of racism shown by some opposing fans, so he could be tempted back to the Premier League. For me, it seems like a good idea.

The first reason why is to change some opinions that some fans in the English top tier have of him. During his time at the Etihad he gained a bit of a reputation, and I think if he came back he could improve that.

The second is that he will probably be a main player at the Emirates. He has a strong scoring record and will only improve with better players round him.

He will also be playing and challenging in the Champions League should he move to the Gunners.

All in all I think it would be a superb move for the Italy international.
