THREE Players That Could Follow Cesc Fabregas To Chelsea This Summer

With Barcelona essentially opening the door for a Cesc Fabregas exit this summer, it is said that Chelsea are ready to offer him a way back to the Premier League. For me it would be a cracking deal should it happen, but here are three players who could follow the Spain international into the club this summer.

1) Diego Costa – Atletico Madrid

He is the man everyone expects to sign for the club and fire them to the trophy next season. The Brazil-born Spain international had an immense season in the Spanish capital, scoring 36 goals in his 52 outings last term.

He should be number one priority in my eyes.

2) Koke – Atletico Madrid

Costa’s team-mate Koke has been one of the most influential midfielders in Europe over the last season and was crucial to Atletico winning the La Liga title.

 He can play anywhere in midfield and notched 13 league assists and six goals in his 36 games.

3) Didier Drogba – Free

The Chelsea legend is out of contract this summer and I expect Jose Mourinho to at least have a look at the powerful Ivorian. His goal record speaks for itself and I am sure there will be plenty in west London that would love to see him back.
