Done Deal: Manchester United Agree £14m For World Cup Star Following Di Maria Move

Daley Blind, if reports are to be believed is a Manchester United player. 

Dailymail were the first to break the news amongst the British Media last night, but it has now been confirmed by BBC and telegraaf. According to BBC, Manchester United have agreed a fee with Ajax for versatile Netherlands international Daley Blind.

Blind, who came to lime light after his impressive performances in the World Cup has been chased by Manchester United and several other European clubs. The Red Devils have finally managed to convince Ajax’ Marc Overmars after they had agreed to pay Blind’s valuation of £14m. The 24, year old is yet to agree personal terms, but it believed that he will follow his International coach Louis van Gaal to Old Trafford within this week.

Blind will be LVG’s fifth signing after taking over the reign at Manchester United. The Dutch man can play at centre back, left -wing back and as a defensive midfielder giving his manager a variety of options to think about. At last United have managed to address their concerns at the back and Blind will be the answer to United’s fight for European places as the season progresses.
