Mario Balotelli’s future at Liverpool is under a huge concern. The 24 year old Italian striker has failed to live up to his expectations for the Reds. His future at Anfield is uncertain after manager Brendan Rodgers commented that Balotelli has just 2 months to prove his worth.

He has failed to score in the Premier League and his solitary strike came against Ludogorets in the first match day of the Champions League.

It looks like Balotelli has takes the manager’s words seriously. Pictures from Twitter have revealed that the controversial Italian spent 15 extra minutes in training today in the afternoon session. Balotelli was pictured taking free kicks as the Reds prepared to take on Hull City in the weekend.

The former AC Milan and Manchester City striker also gave a young boy and his father a signed ball at Liverpool’s Melwood training complex. Balotelli however might be dropped as there are hints that Rodgers might prefer Borini or play Adam Lallalna as the farthest attacking player forward.
