Controversial Italian striker Mario Balotelli is back again with a brand new controversy after he posed as a wrestler with his brother Enoch, which was hit by the “vile race” hate abuse, Daily Star reported. The 24 year old Liverpool striker has posted a photo in Instagram in which he was sporting a Mexican-style wrestling mask (worn by WWE superstar Rey Mysterio) and put his tongue out while he posed.

The picture received several web trolls that bombarded the striker with a string of twisted racist abuses.

Blueberries, an online moniker wrote: “It’s good that u covered that gorilla face of yours, you f****** n*****.”

Instagramers also vowed to report the taunts to police in a bid to bring the culprits under judicial custody. This was evident by a comment that read “You make me sick. This is getting reported to the police. Race hate.”

“I feel sorry for people like you,” wrote an user Minusanthony in reply to Blueberries’ comment.

In honour of WWE Wrestler Rey Mysterio, the brothers posted the picture with a caption which read “Rey Mysterio mask… we just don’t care with love.”

This is Balotelli’s second controversy in one month after he was ruled a one-match ban by the FA after posting a allegedly racial post that featured videogame Super Mario. He was also fined 25,000 Pounds for it and was asked to apologize to the fans which he obliged.

The latest Instagram controversy is Balotelli’s second controversy in which he received a lot of racial abuses. He tweeted “Man Utd…LOL” after Manchester United’s shock 5-3 loss against Leicester City last September. It was retweeted by 100,000 users and for that Balotelli received a lot of racial abusive messages for which a many accounts that sent the abuse was closed down.

He was also involved in a lot of controversy during his time in Manchester City and both the Milan clubs.

Liverpool Transfer News – Brendan Rodgers Quashes Balotelli’s Exit Rumours

Liverpool Transfer News

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has revealed that summer signing Mario Balotelli will not be sold in the upcoming transfer window. The Italian has been poor since his arrival from Milan and has been relegated to the bench in recent weeks despite recovering from a hamstring injury.

Rodgers Liverpool

When asked yesterday afternoon if Balotelli will be sold in January, Rodgers replied, “It’s not something I have even thought about, to be honest.

“We’ve had a lot of games this season in a lot of competitions and, at this moment in time, the key for me is to keep this squad together.”

He went on to add that the 24-year old’s game isn’t about pressing as he is someone who likes playing around the 18-yard area, “Working with Mario, we see he is someone who is better in and around the box, so that level of intensity and pressing isn’t part of his game.”

Since arriving from Milan, Balotelli has scored just two goals in 15 games. However his two goals have come in the Carling Cup and the Champions League and he has looked below par in the Premier League as he is yet to open his account. After a poor couple of months, Rodgers finally lost patience as Rickie Lambert was given a chance. The former Southampton man impressed, but with him in the side, Liverpool lacked the pressing and pace up front. Daniel Sturridge’s injury hasn’t helped either as he has made just three appearances this season.

As a result, Rodgers has tried using winger Raheem Sterling as the striker and it has worked out well so far. The 20-year old has impressed in the last three games and has managed to score two goals playing up front.

Liverpool play on Monday against Swansea and looking at the run of games, Sterling could be given a breather. Balotelli could have his chance to impress and considering he scored against the Welsh side last time, we might finally see him break his goalscoring duck in the Premier League.

Injury Blow For Liverpool As The Goal Machine Is Injured Again

Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has suffered another injury which could rule him out for a considerable amount of time. The 25-year old pulled out of a training session due to a thigh strain which could see him miss the game against Crystal Palace on Sunday.

Sturridge hasn’t had the best of luck with his injury problems in the last few months as this is the third time he has had to sit out through an injury. It means that Brendan Rodgers could be without Mario Balotelli and Sturridge for the upcoming game against Crystal Palace. Balotelli missed the international friendly against Albania and the European Championship qualifier against Croatia as he suffered from a hamstring injury on Friday. However, he might feature come Sunday as the injury wasn’t as bad as thought at first. It will depend on how he trains.

The Liverpool forward line has been in disastrous form this season as the trio of Balotelli, Rickie Lambert and Fabio Borini are yet to score in the Premier League after 888 minutes of action. Balotelli himself has been in disappointing form and the fans are already calling for him to be sold. The Italian hasn’t scored in the League after playing for 682 minutes.

The form and the injuries are a huge cause for concern as Liverpool lie 11th in the league and are one defeat way from being eliminated in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League.

Sturridge was in brilliant form last season and started the season nicely with a goal. His all-round play was excellent as well before getting injured.

Borini could get his chance

While Rickie Lambert has been disappointing, Fabio Borini has shown glimpses that he could yet revive his career at Liverpool. His best game came against Swansea City in the Capital One Cup tie when he helped his side overturn a one-goal deficit.

With Balotelli in disappointing form and carrying an injury, we could just see Borini starting ahead of Lambert in the next game.

A rejuvenated Newcastle United picked up their fourth straight win in a row and their third successive win in the Premier League to beat a struggling Liverpool side by a 1-0 scoreline at St James Park. Substitute Ayoze Perez scored the winner from close range to send the Magpies fans to sheer jubilation. Liverpool though struggled on thw whole and the Reds are set to face further misery when they travel to Stantiago Bernabeu and then Chelsea in their upcoming clashes withing 7 days time.

Striker Mario Balotelli though isn’t concerned. The Italian was kept under heavy scrutiny by the Newcastle defenders and wasn’t given any inch of space to run at. Balotelli though kept other 21 players waiting during start of second half and we have a picture of that for our readers courtesy 101 Great Goals.

The kickoff was delayed for quite some seconds as Balotelli strolled out late. The former AC Milan striker might have been receiving some last moment instruction from manager Brendan Rodgers. However, we didn’t see any application on the pitch.

Mario Balotelli’s future at Liverpool is under a huge concern. The 24 year old Italian striker has failed to live up to his expectations for the Reds. His future at Anfield is uncertain after manager Brendan Rodgers commented that Balotelli has just 2 months to prove his worth.

He has failed to score in the Premier League and his solitary strike came against Ludogorets in the first match day of the Champions League.

It looks like Balotelli has takes the manager’s words seriously. Pictures from Twitter have revealed that the controversial Italian spent 15 extra minutes in training today in the afternoon session. Balotelli was pictured taking free kicks as the Reds prepared to take on Hull City in the weekend.

The former AC Milan and Manchester City striker also gave a young boy and his father a signed ball at Liverpool’s Melwood training complex. Balotelli however might be dropped as there are hints that Rodgers might prefer Borini or play Adam Lallalna as the farthest attacking player forward.

More Embarrassment For Liverpool – Summer Signing Faces Police Probe

After a big defeat against Real Madrid at home, Liverpool face more embarrassment off the pitch as their summer signing Mario Balotelli is expected to face Police probe for threatening a women.

According to the latest reports,  Mario Balotelli  threatened his mum’s  neighbours  at Wythenshawe for taking pictures of his luxury car.

Balotelli traveled with his £250,000 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta to meet his biological mom Rose Barwuah. When he parked the car outside his mom’s house and went inside, few neighbors who reside close by came to take pictures. The Liverpool star came out and threatened a lady (who asked not to be named) for doing so.

The victimized women said,

“I hadn’t even taken any pictures. He came and looked through the front window, he was wearing a black beanie hat and he gave me a bit of a fright.

“Then when I came to the door he was getting right near me and pointing in my face saying ‘you took pictures of my car’ and I kept telling him ‘I didn’t, I didn’t’.

“Then he said, ‘if you do anything with them, I’ll come back, I’m warning you’, which to me was a direct threat. I don’t care who he is I won’t be threatened like that by anyone, he’s a big guy and it was very frightening.”

Victim’s mom also criticized the Italian striker for his shocking behavior.

She said,

“When he was at City he’d come round all the time and sit with us, so for him to be so nasty is a shock.”

“We used to cook him eggs, bacon and tomato and now he treats us like this. It’s not on.”

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) was informed about the incident and their spokesperson revealed that they are investigating it,

“We are investigating a report of threatening behaviour. Officers will be speaking to all concerned in due course.”

This Is Shocking! Liverpool Set To Replace Balotelli With £31.2m Worth Former Arsenal Target

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has grown tired of new summer signing Mario Balotelli and is set to replace him with Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain in the January transfer window.

According to the Daily Express, the Reds have launched a £31.2m bid  that puts them in prime position to sign the former Real Madrid man.

Higuain has grown disillusioned at Naples according to the Italian reports and a move might soon be on the cards. The 26-year old has a decent goalscoring record in the Serie A but is edging for a move after refusing to comment on his future.

Liverpool have had problems this season as thier summer signing Mario Balotelli hasn’t impressed. The striker’s movement coupled with his poor finishing have hurt Liverpool so far. He was taken off after halftime in yesterday’s clash against Real Madrid after another disappointing outing. Liverpool do have other options in the form of Rickie Lambert and Fabio Borini, but the both of them haven’t impressed either when given the chance. 24-year old Daniel Sturridge is the only player who looks like he can cause problems, but his injury record isn’t the best.

Since making the switch to Napoli from Real Madrid, El Papita has scored 27 times in 57 appearances for the club. However, like Balotelli for Liverpool, he has struggled to find the net in Serie so far as he is yet to open his account after having played 7 games for Napoli this season. Liverpool fans will not want another striker who is struggling in front of goal, but they will definitely prefer someone who is contributing more to the team than current striker Mario Balotelli who has been below average until now.

Liverpool were facing competition from Arsenal for the striker, but at the moment it definitely looks like Anfield will be the destination for the Argentina international come January.

(Picture) Stats Reveal Arsenal Striker Outperforms Mario Balotelli already this season

Danny Welbeck’s start as an Arsenal player has surely got off to an entertaining start. The £16m deadline day signing for the Gunners is already living up to expectations. On the other hand Liverpool’s Mario Balotelli has cut a sorry figure for the Anfield outfit. Much was expected of the controversial Italian genius hasn’t been able to live up to the billing.

Comparisons between the pair were always likely to pop up this season after the two strikers signed for their new clubs for almost identical transfer fees.

However as the above stats clearly reveal, Welbeck has hit the back of the net four times in 5 games for the North London side while Balotelli has only scored a solitary goal in 6 matches.

Welbeck has a higher shooting accuracy (almost 53% compared to around 44%) than Balotelli despite the former Manchester United man having 2 shots less (17 to 19). Also the Arsenal striker has played 436 minutes compared to Balotelli’s 490 minutes.

Its still early days to come to a decision on who got the better signing, but as of now Welbeck is winning the debate hands down!
