According to the recent reports, Premier League giants Manchester United have a deal ready to sign Jasper Cillessen from Dutch outfit Ajax. Further, the report added that the goalkeeper has already spoken to his teammates and told them that he is off to Old Trafford.

The report further stated that the signing of Argentine international Sergio Romero was to replace Victor Valdes and the arrival of Cillessen will be to replace Spaniard David De Gea. The Spanish media still feel that De Gea will leave for Real Madrid this summer, as the former European champions are quite desperate to sign the former Atletico man.

On the other hand, manager Louis van Gaal wants to take no chances and will look to reinforce his squad just in case, as he looks to win some titles after a trophyless debut season in England.

The 26-year-old Dutch international is quite experienced and has made 66 appearances for the club, with 21 caps for the national side as well.
