Confirmed! Chelsea Accept Personal Terms For €25m Star

According to reports, Premier League champions Chelsea have seen their bid for Ghanaian left-back Abdul Rahman Baba rejected now. The 21-year old youngster was being linked with a move to the Emirates, with Portuguese boss José Mourinho keen on replacing Brazilian international Filipe Luís this summer, who returned to former club Atlético Madrid after a single season at Stamford Bridge.

However, Rahman has already agreed personal terms with the west London side, with the Bundesliga outfit Augsburg insisting that Chelsea must meet their current valuation of the player who only joined them in the previous campaign from Greuther Furth.

Mourinho is keen on adding defensive reinforcements to his current squad and is looking to complete a deal, with a possible compromise on the cards.

The 21-year old has been quite impressive and has been wanted by a number of big European giants, including Chelsea. Despite that, whether he will complete a move to England any time soon or not, remains to be seen.
