Arsenal breakthrough midfield superstar Francis Coquelin has come out from nowhere to now become a key man in Arsene Wenger’s starting eleven. The 23 year old Frenchman was on loan at Charlton Athletic earlier this season and had previously just started 9 Premier League games during his 5 year spell at the Emirates. After being summoned back to north London, earlier this season from Charlton due to an injury crisis, Coquelin quickly cemented his place in the defensive midfield role.
French compatriot Mathieu Flamini was dropped as the hard-tackling youngster was picked over him and has started each of The Gunner’s last seven Premier League games.
