Well Bloomfield Road is another ground that we can add to the list of away grounds that spurs struggle at. This is the reason why spurs probably won’t finish in the top four this year.
These games are the ones we should be winning or at least getting a point. I had a funny feeling we wouldn’t win their last night, I thought maybe a 1-0 defeat a great strike by Charlie Adams or even a draw but to lose 3-1 (oh yes one of our strikers did score, to little to late Pav and even Rednapp said that it was probably a deflection) was not on really. Seriously what has happened to Jermain Defoe if I didn’t do my job I wouldn’t get paid and he certainly isn’t doing his.
It’s getting embarrassing now an England international and no one can remember the last time he scored in the Premier League. Only spurs could have two great English centre backs but are forever injured and never play and three good strikers that can barely score a goal between them in the Premier League this season. 7 goals! That is how many they have scored between them this season, how can we dream of finishing 4th again when our strikers haven’t even scored 7 goals each, it’s shocking.
Oh well onwards and upwards as they say only Wolves, next a team who this season has beaten Man U, Chelsea and Man City and a team that did the double over us last season and we go their without Michael Dawson who is suspended (and misses the Chelsea game too, good one!) and with practically no strikers, fingers and toes well and truly crossed.
Up The Spurs 🙂
