Jose Mourinho is a manager with experience in the Italian topflight Serie A. His stint at Inter Milan was hugely successful and I am sure there are plenty of players still in the league that he’d like at Chelsea. He are three who I think he should move for.
1) Mario Balotelli
Why not? The feist Italian has worked under Mourinho before at the San Siro, and Chelsea need a powerful striker to lead their line. The former Manchester City striker has scored 13 goals and claimed three assists so far this season for AC, and his 5.5 shots per game would be brilliant for Chelsea.
A bit of a risk, but one that could work wonders.
2) Arturo Vidal – Juventus
Vidal is full of himself, but he has every right to be. He is a midfielder who has been central to Juventus’ success over the last three years and looks to be ready to earn a third successive Scudetto winners medal.
The Chile international has scored 11 league goals this season, five in the Champions League and another two in the Europa League, while also claiming five assists.
3) Ciro Immobile
Although he is a bit of an unknown, the 24-year-old has scored 18 league goals for Torino this season and could be a major player should Chelsea go in for him. He’s a natural scorer and someone who I think should be given a chance on the biggest stage there is.
