It is a difficult task for BT Sport as they try to rival Sky Sports as the leading sports broadcaster in the country.

It is a sign of the times that within seconds of Jack Wilshere’s excellent opener for Arsenal today there was already a video of the goal on the internet. 

My final piece and final match compilation is of someone different to Mesut Ozil. Gnabry is young, very young in fact, and to be thrown into the deep end at such a young age will be very daunting for the player. That is the reason why a few of his performances have been somewhat lacking in composure.

I am deciding to do all three of my video blogs today on match compilations. Although they have all featured Mesut Ozil so far, he just happens to be the one I have found after a little bit of digging and scrolling.

I do love a good match compilation. No matter who it is or how long it may be, match compilations are my favourite things to watch on YouTube. As I am part of the massive socially active world we call Twitter, I often come across videos that the people I follow have made or shared so that they somehow appear on my timeline. Regardless of all this, I am often treated to seeing a whole variety of videos. Some well made, some not so much.

At times, Olivier Giroud may seem like the kind of centre forward to play for a Tony Pulis or Sam Allardyce side.  That statement intends no offence to the player or either manager, instead just reflecting an unavoidable point regarding the sheer physical power the striker possesses.

It has been a good start to the season for Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud. After a solid, if not spectacular, first season in England, Giroud has found his feet, so to speak, and is playing at the top of his game.

Maybe Roy Hodgson should take a squad of debutantes to Rio next year, as it appears that players making their first appearance for England are always the star performers.
